Mastopexy (Breast Lift):
Mastopexy (breast lift surgery) involves reducing the amount of excess breast skin and to elevate and reshape the breast, without removing breast tissue. This procedure is offered to women who feel their breasts are too droopy after pregnancy/childbirth, breastfeeding, weight loss or due to the natural ageing process.
Breast lift surgery gives you a more natural youthful shape of your breast and centralises the position of the nipple/areola complex. In women with droopy breasts and lack of breast volume, a breast enlargement with an implant can be safely performed at the same time of the cosmetic breast lift surgery (Augmentation Mastopexy) to achieve the required volume, shape, and position of your breast. This is a more complex procedure. In some women this may require two separate operations.
